Student Harassment and Sexual Misconduct: This page summarises the University's policies and procedures on student harassment and sexual misconduct, including intimate personal relationships between staff members and students. This webpage is the 'single comprehensive source of information' required by the Office for Students (OfS registration condition E6).

Student Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy - This policy outlines the University’s commitment to responding to incidents of bullying, discrimination, harassment, hate incidents/hate crimes, and sexual misconduct within our community.

Student Disciplinary Procedure - This policy is intended to provide a clearly formulated and impartial process for dealing with allegations relating to student misconduct within a reasonable timescale having due regard to the spirit of natural justice.

Student Complaints Procedure - The complaints process is designed to provide an opportunity for you to make a complaint about the University’s services or staff.

Student Privacy Notice - This document gives you information on how the University of Greenwich processes some personal data about you as a student at the University.

Student Confidentiality Policy - This statement explains how relevant data may be shared within and outside Student and Academic Services, and under what circumstances.

SVLO Privacy Notice - This notice explains how we process your data when you access support through one of our Sexual Violence Liaison Officers (SVLOs).

Safeguarding Policy - This policy sets out the University’s safeguarding framework. For the purposes of this policy, safeguarding is defined as concerns relating to one or more of the following: Children (individuals who are under 18 years old); Adults at risk; County Lines and Modern Slavery; Radicalisation.

Student Social Media Policy - This policy is designed to support students to use social media effectively, safely, and responsibly whilst avoiding compromising their own personal safety, or the University’s security and reputation.

Personal Relationships at Work Policy - This policy sets out the responsibilities and expectations of the University’s employees regarding personal relationships, including between staff and students.
