Yes. Report + Support is simply a platform to inform of incidents. The ERCMs can be available to advise all colleagues, whether you are the reporting something or have been accused of something. If you have been reported or are involved in an investigation the ERCMs can still meet with you and explain the process of the investigation, discuss any further support you may need and can accompany you to any meetings that you be required to attend.
If someone has experienced any form of harassment, or is in need of someone to talk to and would benefit from the support provided by the ERCM and/or Report + Support Teams to help them feel safer and more comfortable whilst at the University, then we would encourage disclosing via the Speak to an Advisor form.
