This is entirely up to you. However, there are a few key things to consider:

  • If you are submitting an anonymous report then detail is key, particularly if you have requested for action to be taken, if possible. Due to the limiting nature of anonymous reports, it is vital that anonymous reports contain as much detail as possible. Alternatively, you can opt in to our two-way anonymous messaging system to message with an advisor (anonymously) and find out more about your options.
  • If you are submitting a named report through the speak to an advisor option, then you do not need to submit as much detail, and you can in fact let us know that reliving your experience through the text-box is too much for you. As long as we know what type of harassment you are reporting, and you have provided the correct contact details, then we will be in contact to discuss this further.
  • If you are referring someone else, then it would be helpful for us to know as much as possible about the reasons behind the referral so that we can have a good understanding of the situation before we reach out to them directly. If you leave us your contact details, we may contact you to seek further information, if needed.
